Teletubbyland is a mixed media photography project of 23
color slides showing teletubbies as the inhabitants of an abandoned building in
Pankow, Berlin. The project is based on the history of the building traced back
from the found objects, the writings on the walls and interviews with the
people in the neighborhood. The dates and writings on the walls show that the
place was used by drug addicts in 2004, and the found objects indicate that
there were also children living in the building. The project is my imaginary
recreation of the space in 2004.
